Card issuing banks (to process your order), and the shipping company (USPS, UPS, DHL, FED EX, etc). We do

information. We also do not send you email solicitation unless you are signed up with us to receive our email's
which include information about upcoming specials and coupons. If you are not signed up to receive these
email's then you will only receive your order confirmation and an email to inquire about your order. By law we
must, if applicable, share information to a third party only when permitted by law and enforced by law.
If you would rather place your order by phone, email, or mail please contact us with this request during normal
business hours.
NO information is gathered while you are browsing, only when you place the order and fill in the fields. We do
not use cookies on our site just to ensure your browsing experience is a safe one.
How we use your information:
We will only use your information to contact you only about your order, to ship your order, and to process your
order. Again, we DO NOT sell, rent or otherwise give any of your information whatsoever to any other party.
Your order is taken through SSL encryption and a secure server when it is processed. This protects your
personal information and credit card/checking account information. We may also email you to verify a credit
card payment, or check debit payment, only to provide you with added security.

When your order is processed by one of our fulfillment specialists, a tracking number will be assigned to your
package and you will receive an email notification that your package has been sent. The email will include the
tracking number(s) for reference.
Please allow the allotted time frame for processing your order. You will receive a shipping email once your
items have shipped from YourLittleSweetPea.com. These shipping times are only estimates. Items that are out
of stock or back ordered may take longer. If an item is out of stock or back ordered (and it is not listed on our
site as "Out of Stock", "Sold Out", or "Back Ordered") then we will send you an email informing you of the status
on the item, and with an estimate as to when we will receive the item.
Ground Shipping (5-7 days) means once your item(s) have shipped from the warehouse it will take 5-7
business days to receive your order. Most items leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days unless otherwise
noted (items that take longer to ship have a shipping time listed next to the item). You will receive a tracking
number via email to track your order.
Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. If an item takes longer than 2-5 business
days to ship the shipping time will be stated under the description of the item.
