1. How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders usually process and ship within 2-5 business days.  (It is rare that an order will take 5 days to     
    process and ship).  Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

3. How is my personal information used?
Your personal information is ONLY used to process and ship your order.  We DO NOT sell, rent, or give
any of your information out telemarketer's, etc.  

4. How do I sign up for your mailing list?
Fill out the short form on our Contact Us page and check the mailing list box.  Again, your information
(email address) is ONLY used to send you mailing list emails which includes coupons, new product
information, and news about upcoming sales.

5. What are your shipping rates?
After you have added all your items to the shopping cart simply click the Check Out button and type in
your address.  Click the "APPLY" button next to Shipping.  The total shipping cost will be shown on the
right of the screen along with your order.  You will be able to view all shipping and/or tax information
before any payment needs to be entered.

6. Do I have to pay tax?
Tax is only applied if you live in the State of Alabama.  The State Tax is 4%.

7. What is your contact information?
All of our contact information is listed on our Contact Us page.  You may either fill out our Contact Us
Form and we will email you back within 2 business days or you may call us during business hours
