1. How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders usually process and ship within 2-5 business days. (It is rare that an order will take more than
5 days to process and ship unless otherwise stated under the product description ). Orders do not ship
on weekends or holidays. If your order is on backorder you will receive a backorder email stating
when your order should ship.

3. How is my personal information used?
Your personal information is ONLY used to process and ship your order. We DO NOT sell, rent, or give
any of your information out telemarketer's, etc.
4. How do I sign up for your mailing list?
Fill out the short form on our Contact Us page and check the mailing list box. Again, your information
(email address) is ONLY used to send you mailing list emails which includes coupons, new product
information, and news about upcoming sales.
5. What are your shipping rates?
After you have added all your items to the shopping cart simply click the Check Out button and type in
your address. Click the "APPLY" button next to Shipping. The total shipping cost will be shown on the
right of the screen along with your order. You will be able to view all shipping and/or tax information
before any payment needs to be entered.
6. Do I have to pay tax?
Tax is only applied if you live in the State of Louisiana. The State Tax is 4%.
7. What is your contact information?
All of our contact information is listed on our Contact Us page. You may either fill out our Contact Us
Form and we will email you back within 2 business days. (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm CST).
8. Can I use coupons on past orders?
No, if you have a coupon you may only use it on your current order. Your coupon must also be entered
at time of order. Coupons cannot be applied to past orders.
9. Can I use a coupon on sale/clearance items?
No, coupons may only be used on regular items. When items go on sale/clearance we have marked
them down as a special.
10. May I use more than one coupon on an order?
No, only one coupon may be used per order
11. What does MSRP stand for?
MSRP- Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (List Price)
12. Will I receive my order within 5-7 business days from the date I placed my order? Maybe, when
choosing Ground Shipping 5-7 days means once your item(s) have shipped from the warehouse it will take
5-7 business days to receive your order. Most items leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days unless
otherwise noted (items that take longer to ship have a shipping time listed next to the item). You will receive a
tracking number via email to track your order.
13. Do you ship to Canada? Some items are available to ship to Canada. Please contact us if you are shipping
to Canada
